Luc is the former CEO of Calyxt (NASDAQ:CLXT) – – a leading company in gene editing for agriculture. Luc holds a PhD in Cellular Biology and Genetics from the Pasteur Institute (France) and did post-doctoral studies at Caltech (USA). He has also been board member of Micropep, an agriculture biotech company, founding CEO of Symflor, a Cornell microbiome company and CBO of Global Bioenergies, a green chemistry biotech company.
